| In order to deal with the challenges of integrating disparate data sources, FACT has an in-built data dictionary that enables you to define all required financial and non financial data items into a central data depository. |

| The data dictionary defines and corresponds each and every element (i.e companies, limits and countries) to those datasources connected to the FACT application. |
|
|
|
| Once the data dictionary has been defined, specific spreading templates can be created. This enables the analyst to edit or add financial statement items and ratios, spread full accounts*, change currencies and exchange rates without leaving the system. |
|
| *Non financial items can also be entered manually if required. |

| Custom reports can easily be created using the FACT "Report Designer" which allows you to drag and drop various data items such as data dictionary components, graphical illustrations or any other descriptive information. The created templates can be applied to any company of your portfolio. |

| The Group report functionality enables a user to create customized reports to display any information relating to a set of companies or, indeed, an entire portfolio. The reports are fully downloadable into Microsoft® Excel, Word or PDF formats. |

| Statistical tables such a distribution, concentration and peer group analyses can be conducted on a set of items selected from the data dictionary and applied on any set of companies. |
