| MINT ESPAÑA is database of information on companies in Spain, in a fresh, easy to use format. It’s ideal for research projects that require overview type information such as marketing and business development. Four different databases are presented in a modular format for desk top delivery, with the aim of simplifying the user experience as far as possible – so even users with little, or no, exposure to professional information products are able to successfully work with MINT ESPAÑA. |

The information is provided in four modules as follows:
Companies
This module contains information on approximately 1.3 million companies registered in Spain. By either selecting a company by name, or by combining a variety of other criteria in a simple search screen to find groups of companies, users can build tailored reports that contain data held in the following sections:
Contact information, status and account details, activities, brands, market research, three years of key financials (ten items) and number of employees, graphs of key data items, peer report based on the ten companies closest to the subject company based on turnover or six other variables, pie chart of peer report, stock data, share price, administrators (managers), ownership and subsidiaries, tree diagram of company structure, auditor(s), bank(s), merger/acquisition deals the company has been involved in or rumoured to be involved in, new stories from the last three years, annotations.
Users can also access various wizards enabling them to create further analyses, mailing lists and set up alerts to keep them informed of changes to companies.
News
Daily news updates from Spanish press (200 publications) with a three year archive. MINT ESPAÑA also includes M&A news and rumours from ZEPHYR, a specialist M&A source also from BvDEP as well as webwatch via Moreover (available shortly), which searches the web for the latest news stories matching your search criteria.
Users can search for news stories via company name as well as free text searching on any search string. Alerts can be set up to watch any subject or company.
Market research
Available shortly this module holds a library of industry reports in Spanish covering over 100 industries, and searchable via free text. The reports are also available in the “companies moduleö and linked to relevant organisations.
Directors
Available shortly this module will contain information on over 140,000 directors of Spanish companies as well as over 2 million board members. The directors are currently linked to their relevant companies within the “companies moduleö.
