Lisa Wright,
Director of Research & Operations, Zephus

Following the acquisition of Zephus by Bureau van Dijk (BvD) from Regional Independent Media, Lisa Wright was appointed to manage and grow the UK based operation. Prior to joining Zephus, Ms. Wright served as Vice President of European Sales at Corpfin Worldwide, a specialist in UK M&A data. Under Ms. Wright's leadership the company increased its sales by 50% in the first half of 2000 and expanded the M&A deals on their database.


Raymond Zale
Principal, J.H. Chapman

Raymond Zale is the principal, shareholder and director of J.H. Chapman Group, LLC, the food industry's leading investment banking firm serving large multinational corporations. Mr. Zale founded the Dallas office in 1990 and is responsible for financial services such as structuring of term debt, financing for franchisees, franchisers and structuring of marketable programs for long-term debt.


John Rothschild
Chairman, Prime Restaurant Group

John Rothschild is President, CEO and majority stakeholder of Prime Restaurant Group of Canada, Inc. a publicly traded company which operates and sells restaurant franchises. Prime Restaurant Group has 150 stores in North America with sales exceeding $350 million. In 1981 he became Vice President of Investments of Rothschild Holdings, Ltd. a subsidiary of Claridge Inc., specializing in investing in small to medium sized businesses. He has also worked at PriceWaterhouse and managed his own accounting, audit, tax and consulting firm, Rothschild & Muskat. In October of 2003, Mr. Rothschild won Ernst & Young's Ontario Entrepreneur of the Year award.


Joseph Johnson III
Partner, Goodwin Procter, LLP

Joe Johnson is a partner in the firm's Corporate Department and co-head of its interdepartmental M&A/Corporate Governance Practice. He has substantial experience in the public merger and acquisition area, representing both buyers and sellers. Mr. Johnson recently represented Citizens Financial Group, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Medford Bancorp, Inc. and ASI Solutions, Inc. regarding its sale to AON Corporation. He frequently advises on issues concerning corporate governance areas such as the SEC's new Fair Disclosure Act, Rule 105b1, fiduciary duty issues, shareholder rights agreements and various takeovers.


Daniel Karson
Executive Managing Director, Kroll Inc

Daniel Karson has over 25 years experience directing investigations of business crimes and regulatory violations. He directs major investigations of fraud, grey market diversion, litigation support cases, contests for corporate control, asset searches and due diligence. Mr. Karson is the author of numerous articles on internal corporate investigations, due diligence and tracing concealed assets. He is a frequent speaker at law enforcement, banking and legal seminars and is a board member of the Greater New York Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association.


Megan Zietsman
Partner, Merger and Acquisitions Services, Deloitte

Megan Zietsman is a Partner in Deloitte's Merger & Acquisition Services practice in New York and has been with Deloitte for 15 years. As an M&A specialist for over 6 years, she has provided a variety of financial advisory and due diligence services to strategic buyers and private equity investor clients. Her experience encompasses other consultation services relating to significant capital transactions and a variety of industries.
