AURELIA is a database containing profiles of 390,000 Austrian companies. The information includes contact information, the company’s logo, activity (trade description and WZ codes) a financial summary and management. You can search by: turnover, capital and number of employees.
When you have identified a group of companies you can view them on a map of Austria, create tables and lists for further use and download them into most packages. You can also analyse the results of your search in a simple matrix plotting the companies by the criteria of your choice. For example, you can view a group of companies by region and activity and plot the results graphically.
Further features include: an Addin function that facilitates the analysis of "live" data from AURELIA within Excel/Access and BvDEP’s matching software, which allows you to compare your own database records with those that also occur in AURELIA and update or enhance your data accordingly.
As the software on AURELIA is so flexible you can use it for different research projects – it is especially useful in a business development function. Using AURELIA you can: create customised lists for direct marketing campaigns, examine your customer base by creating tables and graphs to highlight where your company is successful, identify levels of saturation and areas for potential versus those that indicate little return on your investment or understand the geographic penetration of a group of companies/industries. AURELIA is ideal for gauging the feasibility of potential markets or campaigns and re-assessing your sales territories. As AURELIA also contains some detailed financials it is also useful for more financial research and analysis.
