MINT NL gives access to a wide range of high quality information covering companies, news and market research. Information on directors is scheduled to be added at a later date. The information on MINT NL is presented in modules: companies, news, market research and, ultimately, directors. Each module can be searched separately for specific and detailed results. Data from the different modules can also be included in the company reports to give a useful overview of a company and its position in its market.
Companies
MINT NL covers over 2 million companies in The Netherlands that are registered at the Chambers of Commerce. Of these approximately 1.7 million are active and the remaining are either in bankruptcy, receivership or are unregistered from the trade register and are provided for research purposes.
MINT NL contains company summaries. The information includes name, address and activities information, and a financial summary. In addition it contains BvDEP’s detailed ownership information, managers, directors and decision makers, auditors and banks, scanned reports, news, mergers and acquisitions and stock data for quoted companies. The number of employees is provided for over 1.5 million of the companies
News
The News module covers nearly 200,000 articles (daily) from Het Financieele Dagblad, Marketing Data, Reuters and BvDEP’s own M&A database, ZEPHYR. A webwatch service is powered Moreover and scans the internet for live sources of news to match the users search criteria.
Market research
This module covers over 80 Dutch industry profiles from Datamonitor.
