| EUX.TV, the Europe channel that covers European affairs from a European perspective, today announces the launch of five new channels using YouTube video. |

| The move is an innovative step forward for EUX.TV and is a first step towards becoming a multilingual platform, adding services in French, Dutch, German and Turkish. |

| "The language problem is the biggest challenge for all media that target a pan-European audience," said Raymond Frenken, who last year left his previous job as Brussels Bureau Chief for CNBC to start up EUX.TV. |

| According to the European Commission's Eurobarometer surveys, English is understood by at least one of three Europeans, effectively reaching more than 150 million people. By including French, Dutch and German, EUX.TV can provide native-language programming for more than 230 million people in the EU. |

| Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing (BvDEP), a leading technology solutions provider, has extended its relationships with Pearson Education, the world's leading education company, and Safari(R) Books Online, the premier electronic reference library, with the creation of SafariX(R) Textbooks Online, a new technical platform to service the college textbook market that will go live this Fall. |

| This new digital textbook program will offer WebBooks as an additional option to the print textbook platform and various functionality such as the ability to browse the electronic book catalog, search the entire text for key concepts and tools such as book marking, note-taking and page printing. In addition, BvDEP will provide the online hosting, e-commerce functionality, back office reporting for usage and performance statistics and security to ensure only authorized access. |

This state of the art application is an effective and scalable platform for document indexing and retrieval. BlitzHit can instantly aggregate per-document results to book results. It also features customized contextual searches, such as title search, keyword search and code search with Boolean, context and proximity operators. |
